Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

HOW?
Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed banana
  • 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups skim milk powder
  • 1.5 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 3 cups peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 0.5 cups chocolate chips
    (or chop up a bar of chocolate)
Method

  • Mash bananas in a large bowl
  • Mix in the peanut butter and skim milk powder (do not worry if mix is lumpy)
  • Stir in puffed rice, peanuts, oats, and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly
  • Shape into bars using hands or press into grease paper lined pan and wait to dry
  • After 30 minutes bars will go from sticky to a baked consistency
  • Store in fridge for up to 10 days
